“I ended up at a Fake Women’s Health Center because I got pregnant with my boyfriend at the time and I needed help. I knew I could not count on my mother for support. We were in a very small town college in North Carolina and North Carolina has very strict abortion rules and it’s hard to find information and so I literally just googled ‘pregnancy help’ and a pregnancy help center was the first result and … I made an appointment.

“My expectations of this pregnancy help center was that they would help me make a decision or help me find the right information and provide me all the support and answers I need.  I was very scared to tell my friends and to tell my family and I really just needed some support. I thought I was going somewhere for help. And I thought that they were doctors. I’m still not sure if they were actually doctors.”
